If after you have discussed the issue with a team member you still feel the product(s) you purchased is/are not the best fit for your needs, we want to make things right.
Our policy offers a full refund on:
unused grain mills in their original packaging and in original condition with all original parts included,
and on unused artisan goods in their original condition,
returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please note that Mockmill Stone Grain Mills feature exceptional warranty periods and repair services. If you believe your mill may be defective, please get in touch with us to explain the issue and we will review your warranty options with you. Any repair or replacement of your mill will be determined by Mockmill as per the warranty that applies to your model.
We are sorry, but we cannot offer any return or refund on food items, including of course, grains. However, if you are unhappy with any food or grain product that you purchased, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
With any return or refund request, we’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details when you reach out to us.

We will return your full purchase price and taxes, but are unable to refund any charges imposed on your order by payment processors, banks, or credit card companies.
We submit the refund after the item(s) being returned arrive at our facility and are inspected. If found to meet our return requirements described above, we then make every effort to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
